A survey on the most desirable employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina ranked Bosnalijek among the top ten employers. The results of the survey, which was conducted for two years, are presented on the employment web portal Posao.ba.
The survey was based on the respondents’ perceptions of companies; the crucial factors were the employer’s business reputation, job security, opportunities for professional advancement and the level of salary and benefits.

This is further confirmation of Bosnalijek’s business success and its development of human resources and a corporate culture focused on the harmonisation of the common objectives of the company and its personnel.
