Pursuant to Article 240 of the Law on the Securities Market, we hereby publish the report on a development significantly affecting the financial operations of the Issuer Bosnalijek: Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry, Bosnalijek d.d.
At a special auction held for the sale of the full block of shares owned by the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (19.25 %) the block of shares was purchased by KBC EURO CREDIT CAPITAL, SLEMA, MALTA, who became the second largest individual shareholder of Bosnalijek d.d.
