EXCELLENCE IMPERATIVE/DEVELOPMENT CENTRE
A wide range of activities is performed at the Development Centre:
- pre-formulation testing;
- formulation development and process design (small-scale and scale-up batch);
- selection of primary packaging material;
- technology transfer;
- development and validation of analytical methods;
- development of specifications and test methods for input materials and final products;
- in vitro tests in preparation for bioequivalence studies;
- bioequivalence tests and clinical trials of medicines;
- transfer of analytical methods;
- planning and testing of stability (stress, accelerated, long-term and in-bulk stability);
- activities for the protection of industrial property rights within the domain of trademarks and the process of selecting a product name and obtainment and verification of a granted right to trademark in Bosnia and Herzegovina and foreign markets, in accordance with the applicable legislation;
- development and updating the portal library;
- establishment, organisation and improvement of the Pharmaco Information Service;
- establishment and formatting of the library fund, in line with user requirements;
- continuous observation of national and international pharmaceutical regulations and legislation.
