We Continuously Undertake Measures To Maximally Protect Our Employees

From the arising of the crisis, and upon declaring COVID – 19 epidemics, it is protection of our employees’ health that has become priority in Bosnalijek.

With acknowledging Bosnalijek’s importance for the entire society and the necessity for continuation of work, and in order for our country to avoid a deficiency of basic medicinal products, we introduced series of protective measures for preventing the occurrence and spread of COVID – 19 among the employees, which is currently our basic mission.

Being cognizant of Bosnalijek’s importance for the entire society and the necessity for continuation of work, and in order for our country to avoid a deficiency of basic medicinal products, we introduced series of protective measures for preventing the occurrence and spread of COVID – 19 among the employees, which is currently our basic mission.  

A range of measures is currently in force in Bosnalijek, the aim of which is to protect the employees’ health. The employees have a good discipline in adhering to the said measures. The most important measures are:  

All the employees who do not have to necessarily perform their work in the company’s premises have been sent to work from their homes;

The work of employees involved in the direct manufacturing process has been arranged in shifts, in order not to have contact among them, and to protect individual product lines and processes;

It is mandatory to wear protective masks at the workplace, the employees disinfect their hands continuously, especially while: entering the company, moving inside mutual premises, and exiting the company,

Wearing protective masks is also obligatory while arriving to and leaving the workplace, as well as in buses for organized transport of the employees.

All the company’s premises are disinfected on a daily basis, hygienic measures have been intensified in the company, and the buses used for transporting the personnel are disinfected after each drive.   

As a precautionary measure, when each employee enters the company, their body temperature will be measured with a no-contact thermometer. In cases of deviations in value, the employee will be directed to visit a doctor.

Bosnalijek Management holds sessions on a daily basis and we continuously observe all orders and recommendations of the competent institutions. Moreover, we are also ready to implement series of other measures within the shortest possible time period, the only goal of which is to protect the health of our employees.  

Being aware of the importance for continuing the production for all the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnalijek employees have proven their commitment and responsibility during these heavy circumstances.
